1. Faults or Issues

If you receive a faulty item, contact us at info@sopotion.com for a replacement or refund.

2. Change of Mind

You have 3 days from receipt to return unopened items in saleable condition. Items must have intact seals and be in original packaging. Returns that are damaged due to poor packing will not be refunded.

3. Return Process

Email info@sopotion.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return note and label. Use a secure courier and keep proof of postage, as lost returns are not covered unless the item is faulty. Refunds may take up to 14 working days.

4. Accurate Address

Ensure your address details are correct to avoid delivery delays and fees for returned orders.

5. Safe Place/Neighbor Deliveries

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items if left in a safe place.

6. Work Deliveries

Confirm with your employer that personal deliveries are allowed; incorrect details may incur extra costs.

7. Refused Deliveries

If your order is returned due to refusal or missed collection, a £15 fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
